Learning Tai Chi Chuan

You can only learn something by study, tuition, and practice. If you wish to progress, get up and do it. Talking and reading about Tai Chi is fascinating, but of little practical value. Just like swimming, cycling and any form of exercise, you start by doing it.

The classics said;

Believe and grow, doubt and fade.

Choose wisely and show respect.

Work at it or waste your time.

Patiently focus on success.

Every art is unique, (as are you).

Humbleness allows you to go further; pride kills growth.

Everything is connected; all you do has a purpose. The greatest gift is life; live wisely and have a wonderful life.
