Being a holy man and saint BhagGat Kanwar Ram had so many followers in
Sindh. He was born in a town of Ddaherki, Sindh. He was a pious man of God and in his love for his Creator, he sang many
bhajans and vaais. Sufi, as he was, he sang kalaams and kaafees of Shah Andul Latif Bhittai, Sachal Sarmast and other romantic Sufi poets of Sindh.
His songs, sung in beautiful sweet melodious renderings, always stressed Sindhiat, harmony and love. His songs always reminded us that we are all children of same mother "Jeejal Sindh", and are therefore, brothers and sisters, irrespective of whether we are Muslims or Hindus.
Saaeen BhagGat Kanwar Ram was one of the most noble and illustrious son of Jeejal Sindh - a great saint, holy man, and Sufi. Although the information on this great soul is not available in my site - but, I am surely aware of the greatness of this Sufi soul and his contributions. However, I am in the process of collecting some material facts about him, before, I can put up information on the Internet. Perhaps, you can help me, as well. If you get any data and information, please, pass it over to me. In the meantime, I have added BhagGat Saaeen amongst the 'Stars of Sindh.'
