had great time with hubby and son, watching movies are our fav past time. Last Exorcism was a disappointment, I expected a Linda Blair-head turning-moment but there's none of that, not scary at all. Paranormal 2 on the other hand scare the life out of me
The traps are even more insane than before (and of course impossible to construct by one single nutcase). Especially one scene made me want to stand up and applaud: four racists -- one of them the singer of Linkin Park -- wake up at a scrapyard. They are about to be punished for judging people by the color of their skin. Jigsaw has built a ingenious thing that’ll kill all four of them in a sadistic chain reaction, which involves a car and super glue. Holy shit! This gives a whole new meaning to the word scourge.

The Catalyst No. 1 on Billboard
posted by Jas, 08/09/10 | share
Linkin Park's new single, The Catalyst debuts at No.1 on Billboard's Rock Songs chart with 12.2 million audience impressions.
Linkin Park posts the first No. 1 debut in the 14-month history of the Rock Songs chart, as "The Catalyst" launches with 12.2 million audience impressions. The cut eclipses the chart's previous highest-starting song, Pearl Jam's "The Fixer," which arrived at No. 2 a year ago this month.
Rock Songs premiered the week of June 20, 2009. The Nielsen BDS-based radio airplay survey measures the most-heard titles on more than 180 alternative, adult alternative and mainstream rock stations. "The Catalyst" concurrently opens on the Alternative Songs chart at No. 3, marking the list's loftiest arrival since Linkin Park's own "What I've Done" bowed at No. 1 in April 2007.
Linkin Park's last studio album, "Minutes to Midnight," debuted atop the Billboard 200 in June 2007 and has sold 3 million copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Linkin Park has sold 21.7 million albums in its career. The band ranks as the 53rd-best-selling album act since SoundScan began tracking sales data in 1991.

Brad Delson told The Pulse of Radio that it sets the tone for the rest of the record. "'A Thousand Suns' is definitely a diverse and eclectic record, and at the same time it has a cohesive sound. And we did think that 'The Catalyst' would be a good first representation of the album. It's very different from anything we've done before, and it's just a journey."
