Mihoshi

She is a member of the Galactic Police (her grandfather is the commissioner), and while on patrol looking for Kagato, she gets caught in a warp bubble, and ends up on Earth with the rest of the Tenchi gang. In the Tv series, she land up on the earth when she was chasing Ryuoko around earth. Both their ship was damaged and they crash landed into earth ( well actual, they crash land very near Tenchi house, by the way do you know that the lake infront of Tenchi house is the "crash site" for almost the whole series ).

Although an utter stupid, she usually succeeds, apparently through blind luck, and shows signs of incredible powers of observation.

Mihoshi's voice actor for the Japanese OAV is Mizutani Yuko
