VEE-PACKING

Characteristics

Vee-Packings are best suited for either piston or rod applications. Pressure Vee's may be used individually or in multiples, with or without male and female adapter rings. Adapters should be used whenever the stuffing box is machined flat. For best sealing, snug the rings within the confining cavity.

Types Available

Fabric-Reinforced: High-tensile fabric material with an elastomer binder. -45 to +250 F. For general hydraulic use.

Nitrile (Buna-N) Rubber: 80 Durometer homogeneous rubber. -45 to +250 F.
